Car parking is at Chatsworth (Calton Lees Car Park) (SK259686, post code DE4 2NX) on the B6012 (Rowsley to Baslow road). The event will be signed from the A6 at Rowsley and from Chatsworth House. Orienteers should pay the £2.50 car park fee, as car parking is not included in entry fee. |
| By Public Transport: | Bus service 215 (Matlock - Sheffield) stops at the entrance to the car park, otherwise service 170 (Chesterfield - Bakewell) to Edensor Cuttings then 3km walk, or Transpeak (Nottingham / Derby - Manchester) to Rowsley, then 3km walk. |

some areas of fast open forest. Map 1:10000 with 5 metre contours |

Safety: All competitiors
take part in the event entirely at thier own risk. Whistles are compulsory. Cagoules may be compulsory, dependent upon weather conditions on the day. Once you have started a course, you must download, even if you do not complete the full course. No Dogs allowed on courses. Dogs must be on a lead elsewhere. |

Mobile toilets will be available and there is a café at the near-by Chatsworth Garden Centre Chatsworth Mobile Catering Unit and a gear trader will also be in attendance |
